As you transition from management to leadership, your mindset needs to change. No longer are you responsible for maintaining the status quo, now you are responsible for setting the direction, leading the change, and communicating the vision.
For this reason, the core of the framework centers on a clearly defined purpose or strategic vision. The next tier focuses on the essentials skills of a leader and will begin to close the gap between what you did as a manager and what will be expected of you in an executive role.

While the framework and our approach prescribes key activities to ensure the goals of the individual and organization are achieved, it is flexible enough to tailor each coaching engagement based on the particular needs of the client.
